Temporary Office Assistant / Bookkeeper

CPA firm located in Coatesville, PA area is looking for a support person during the tax season.

Full time during the tax season 30 – 40 hours per week

Temporary, through April or May

  • Answering phones
  • Providing administrative and payroll support
  • Provide necessary reports after payroll processing to clients
  • Putting together tax forms
  • Filing, copying, and other administrative duties as assigned

Applicants should have previous office experience with proficiency in the following skill sets:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Experience with processing payroll
  • Ability to multi task, organize, and prioritize
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
