IT company in West Chester, PA

50% bookkeeping / 50% administrative

Responsibilities include:

  • Entering all bills
  • Invoicing
  • Recording Account Receivable
  • Paying all bills
  • Reviewing Receivable Aging Report
  • Reviewing Payable Aging Report
  • Reviewing Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet)
  • Reviewing Statement of Activities by Class (Income Statement)
  • Collections
  • Entering commission
  • Supporting Quotes
  • Entering payroll
  • Paying any payroll liabilities
  • Reconcile bank account to statement
  • Quarterly Taxes
  • Sales Tax

Must be proficient in QuickBooks online, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Exceptional administrative and organizational skills

Associates degree in accounting or business administration a plus
