CPA office in West Chester, PA

Temporary, through the tax season

32-40 hours, 4-5 days per week

The Assistant to the Office Administrator works under the Office Administrator in providing assistance to the CPAs.

Her/his duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting Office Administrator with receptionist duties, including processing incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining schedules for professional staff
  • Completing clerical/proofing/typing assignments at direction of Office Administrator, including correspondence, financial statements and tax returns
  • Processing & assembling of tax returns
  • Completing copying, binding, fax, and email requests
  • Processing and delivering incoming/outgoing internal and external mail
  • Filing—both paper & electronic files
  • Maintaining client database (contact manager)
  • Setting up and maintaining new client files
  • Assisting with marketing activities (special mailings, etc.)
  • Opening and/or closing the office

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
